In what important ways did King Louis XIV of France
support dance during his reign? How did this support lead to the development of
ballet? My topic for my research paper is Dance History in France. Some people might think this is boring but it is actually very interesting. Did you know that King Louis XIV danced in his own court and also helped funded dance? He loved ballet and loved to perform.
